2. Today, when these Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for

hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and made a submission that, the Execution Petition in respect to these Petitions had already been disposed of. Further, he wants to revive these Petitions, if the Execution Petition is restored on file. He has also made an

endorsement to that effect in these Petitions.

the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to revive these Petitions, if the Execution Petition is restored on file. Consequently,
