By order dated 07.08.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.247 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order.
- Now, the learned Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee, has
requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
- Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is
inclined to grant further period of four months to dispose the above said
case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
