Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property situated at Door No.113/2, Polpettai, Thoothukudi city, on the basis of his representation dated 11.07.2019 and also to arrange for payment of compensation by the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
