PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.02.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 366(A) of IPC and under Section 17 Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.1148 of 2015, pending on the file of the First Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai (Incharge of Madurai Mahila Court) in Special S.c.No.45 of 2018. He seeks bail.
2.The petitioner's earlier bail petitions were dismissed by this Court taking into account the grave nature of the crime.
3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that all the witnesses have given their testimony before the trial Court and that the accused are deliberately not getting along with the cross examination of the IO alone.
4.Therefore, I do not find it a fit case for bail. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
