This Court by an Order dated 11.04.2019, had directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, to dispose of the case in
C.C.No.284 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of
receipt of a copy of that order.
- Now the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, has
requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of
the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court.
- As requested by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Puducherry, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will
