(i) To suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner by Judgment dated 03.12.2018 passed in Special S.C.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge and Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above C.A.No.824 of 2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:-
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2 In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
