2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5 and perused the materials. 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition.
4.Hence, the Miscellaneous Petition is ORDERED and the delay is hereby condoned.
