When the Criminal Original Petition came up on 02.07.2019, there was
no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the same was dismissed for non-
prosecution.
2. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in
support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
Consequently, the Crl.O.P.No.3028 of 2019 is restored.
3. Post the Criminal Original Petition on 04.12.2019.
