This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to prosecute the above said Crl.A.No.835 of 2005 on behalf of her husband (since deceased) namely, K.Krishnamoorthy, who is the third appellant herein. 2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. 04.12.2019 ari Note: Registry is directed to restore the appeal on file after incorporting the amendment and list the matter for final hearing on 12.12.2019.
