For a permanent injunction restraning the defendants, their men, agents, servants, or assigns from in any manner infringing the limited copyrights viz., Entire Video Copyrights,VCD Rights, DVD Rights Etc., Cable TV Copyrights, Exhibition and Rights to Communicate To the Public in Any Manner For Entire India And its Union Territories etc. In the films described in the schedule to the plaint in any manner whatsoever.

This Civil Suit coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order:

The suit has been filed for infringement of copyrights of the plaintiff and the entire list of realisation of copyrights are squarely fall within the ambit of Section 2 (XVII) of the Commercial Courts Act 2015. Therefore, this Court has jurisdiction to entertain the suit.

defendants appeared through their counsel, but no written statement has been filed. Therefore, the defendants are set ex-parte.
