Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.811/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the order passed by the Family Court, Cuddalore in M.C.No.69 of 2018 dated 03.06.2019 by ordering a maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month to each of the respondents and Rs.25,000/- towards educational expenses of the second respondent, pending disposal of the Crl.RC.No.811/2019.
