These two applications are filed to implead Aarnad

Commercial Company Private Limited as the 2^nd respondent in C.A.No.508

of 2017 and C.A.No.509 of 2017 in C.P.No.117 of 2004.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the

light of documents that have become available, subsequently, it may not be necessary to implead the said Aarnad Commercial Company Private Limited because it is clear that Selvamani Doubling Unit is the sister concern of the company in liquidation, namely, Aruna Textiles and Exports Limited.

On the other hand, the Deputy Official Liquidator submits

that based on the Form 66, it is come to his knowledge that Selvamani Doubling Unit may be a unit of Aarnad Commercial Company Private

Limited and not of the company in liquidation. Therefore, he submitted that the relevant facts can be ascertained only by impleading the said Aarnad Commercial Company Private Limited.

Upon considering the above submissions, I am of the view

that it is just and necessary to implead Aarnad Commercial Company Private Limited so as to ascertain as to whether Selvamani Doubling Unit is an unit of Aarnad Commercial Company Private Limited or not.

Accordingly, these impleading applications are allowed. Consequently, issue notice to the impleaded party, Aarnad Commercial Company Pvt.Ltd. Returnable by 18.10.2019. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendments in C.A.No.508 of

2017 and C.A.No. 509 of 2017.
