Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.
2.The petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily “Daily Thanthi” in respect of the 2nd respondent circulated where the 2nd respondent resides, mentioning the date of hearing as 12.12.2019.
