Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondents 1 and 2 herein or their men, agents, servants, subordinates or any one acting on their behalf from putting up any construction in the suit property, subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.99 of 2005 on the file of Sub Court, Hosur (CMP.16673/2018) pending disposal of the above SA.825/2014
