and the name of IFMR Trust has now been changed as Dvara Trust. The amended trust deed is also duly registered. As a consequence, the present application is taken out to carry out the necessary substitution in the cause title both long and short and the statement of address furnished in the plaint under Order VI Rule 20(A) of CPC.
