The applications have been filed seeking to declare the 3rd
respondent in O.P.No.210 of 2011 as major and to discharge the guardian.
26.09.2018 that the original grant was revoked mainly on the ground that
the 3rd respondent who had attained majority during the pendency of the
original petition, was not declared as major. Hence, the applications are allowed by declaring the 3rd respondent as major and discharging the 1st respondent from the guardianship.
