This is an application seeking extension of time for passing of
award by the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of 9 months.
2017, had appointed Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.Rajeswaran, a retired Judge of this Court as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent. It is stated that the
pleadings are complete and the matter is in the stage of filing of draft
issues. Since the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the present application has been filed.
