PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2017 and to disburse the interim compensation amount of a sum of Rs.3,57,623/- with interest and other consequential benefits payable to him towards the acquisition of his land situated in Survey No.528/2A1 of an extent of 1.25 acres in K.Periyapatti (North) Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to disburse the interim compensation amount of a sum of Rs.3,57,623/- with interest and other consequential benefits payable to him towards the acquisition of his land situated in Survey No.528/2A1 of an extent of 1.25 acres in K.Periyapatti (North) Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation dated 11.09.2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has received the said cheque and endorsed the receipt of the same in the writ petition. Nothing survives for adjudication.
