Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the respondent in his letter No.AL1/B-23/2001 dated 06.05.2014 and quash the same as illegal consequently permit the petitioner to pay entire cost of the land to the respondent within the time fixed by this Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 26.11.2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption “for withdrawal”. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
