ORDER
The petitioner herein wants a direction for stopping the function to be held on 15.04.2018. There are private parties in this petition. Today we are on 13.04.2018. There is no time even to issue notice and hear the private respondents. Since the petitioner has moved this Court at the last moment, this Court is unable to entertain the Writ Petition and therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed on the ground of laches. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
