This writ petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation dated 25.05.2018 and measure the property and demarcate the boundaries in Survey No.642/4 of Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No:2771, at kuvanoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, within the stipulated time.

2.Heard Mr.M.Sasi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that already the process of measuring and demarcating the subject property has been initiated. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, notice has been issued in this regard to the interested parties.
4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
The second respondent is directed to complete the process of survey and measurement of the land and demarcate the boundaries in Survey No.642/4 of Patta No:2771, at kuvanoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, after receiving objections from the interested parties and file a report in this regard. The said exercise shall be completed by the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
