After hearing the respective parties and after perusing the report of the Executive Engineer, PWD/WRD, Nanganjiar Basin Division, Palani, dated 24.07.2018, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing that the shrubs and bushes in the canals at Kanjannaickanpatti, Amarapoondi, Karisalkulam and Sengulam Villages at Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, be removed at the earliest, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
