ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent / University would submit that the mark statement of the second semester subjects conducted in November 2015 will be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent/university, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
