PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records of the first Respondent relating to G.O.(D) No.190 Social Welfare and Nutritious Programme Department, dated 3112-2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the first Respondent to treat the non-duty period from 04-10-2001 to 04-022003 as leave to which the Petitioner is eligible as recommended by the Second Respondent within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The learned Counsel for the petitioner made submissions that the writ petitioner had already retired from service. The terminal and pensionary benefits were settled. Thus, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition. Thus, no further adjudication is required, in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
