Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the original title deeds received by the respondent relating to the Agri Loan Account Nos.11173459589 and 11173459578 in the light of the loan closure certificate dated 17.11.2017 issued by the respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to release the original deed submitted by the petitioner.
2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 24.11.2017 before the respondent, requesting him to release the original deeds, but, so far, no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that already the document has been returned to the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also admits the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ same.

5.In the above circumstances, there is no further adjudication required in the matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
