ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to open the tender cover in tender notice No.07/2017-18/D1 dt.28/11/2017 (package No.10) in the presence of tenderers.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already tender has been opened and hence, nothing remains in this writ petition for adjudication.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.1095 of 2018 is closed.
