After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition to work out his remedy in accordance with law, before the competent Forum and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special
Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.A.Nagarajan, learned Standing counsel accepting notice on behalf of respondents 2
and 3.
3 In the light of the endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
