2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the typed set of documents and would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property admeasuring to an extent of 4500 sq.ft., comprised in Survey No.178/1, Sub-Divided S.No.178/1A9, Madambakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which is also an approved layout, bearing No.M-84-116/LO 101, by the Directorate of Town and Country Planning and she has acquired the said property through a registered Release Deed bearing Doc.No.1899/2014 dated 12.02.2014. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the Government Poramboke land comprised in S.No.198/1 of Madambakkam Village is located on Western and Southern Side of her property and on the Northern side, there is a public road and the 6th respondent had illegally encroached upon the said Government Poramboke land as well as the public road and started putting up the construction for the purpose of residential and commercial purposes. The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 27.08.2017, based on which, the 2nd respondent, vide communication dated 08.09.2017 in Na.Ka.No.2422/2017/A1 directed the 5th respondent to take appropriate action and send a report to their office and despite that, no action has been taken so far and hence, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition.
