PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to scrupulously follow the conditions in the tender notice for fishing and to take adequate action to protect and maintain the storage of water in "Kattampoondi Lake" by preventing the private persons from draining it illegally and breaking the bunds based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2017.
