PRAYER: Petition OA 4771/2002 came to the transferred from the now abolished Tamil Nadu Administrative tribunal renumbered and filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.40, Agricultural Department, dated 09.02.2000 and set-aside the same.
The relief sought for in this writ petition is in relation to the appointment and transfers of the marketing societies employees. Since it relates to the transfer and appointment of the members of the petitioner's association, now after a
lapse of about 16 years, the same cannot be considered by this Court and it is left open to the affected employees to approach the appropriate forum, if any grievances exists.
2.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
