PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the file of the first respondent made in S.O.No.7/2013/TNSEC/PE-2 dated 26.08.2013 with regard to the petitioner (Serial No.336) and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to function as Village Panchayat President of Koluthupalayam Village Panchayat, Kodumudi Union, Erode District.
