No.128128/W8/02 dated 09.09.2003 of the 1st respondent, to quash the same and to issue direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to confirm the petitioner as Head Master of M.S.P. Solai Nadar Higher Secondary School, Dindigul District from November, 1989 and, consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay all the accrued benefits to the petitioner.
