PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the proceedings of the 1st respondent in its Na.Ka.No.1131/2008/A4, dated 19.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the period of absence from 15.03.2007 to 27.05.2011 as duty by granting arrears, for the said period, sanction annual increments withheld from 2007 and regularise the pay of the petitioner accordingly with all arrears and consequential benefits.
