The said representation has not yet been considered till date,

which has made the petitioner to move this Court with the present writ petition.

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents and undertakes to consider the representation.

Having regard to the scope of the prayer made, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2017 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
