this Court to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, more particularly the first respondent herein to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of upgraded Superintendent as on 15.3.2016
as per the seniority list in proceeding of the 2nd respondent dated 28.3.2015 and subsequently grant the petitioner with promotion to the post of Superintendent
by taking into account the fact that the junior of the petitioner, Tmt.Vijayalakshmi, was granted with promotion to the post of Superintendent

within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
