this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in CE.MU.NA.KA.NO.
0962/E3/2016-3 dated 20.05.2016 and quash the same insofar as the denial of
approval from the date of appointment, i.e., 05.10.2013 and direct the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment from the date of

appointment, i.e., 05.10.2013 and confer all consequential benefits.

ORDER
