This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent permitting them to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Cholasiramani Mariamman Temple festival on 26.12.2018.

The case of the petitioner is that they have submitted an application before the respondent on 15.12.2018 to permit them to conduct the cultural programme in the event of Cholasiramani Mariamman Temple Festival on 26.12.2018, but, so far, the petitioners' application was not considered by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
