When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the
filing of this writ petition, an order came to be passed on 19.06.2018 which is under challenge in a writ petition, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
