Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 06.07.2013 and 24.08.2017 and extend the lease granted to the petitioner with respect to the lands comprised in S.No.141/2B of Perumalpattu Village, Tiruvallur Taluk & District measuring to an extent of 12.35 acres for a period of 30 years or in the alternative consider the representation dated 31.08.2004 submitted by the petitioner and assign the lands leased by the Government in exchange for patta lands owned by the petitioner Trust in the same revenue village.
