Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, the General Body Meeting was conducted subsequently and the said Chota Naksha Charities is now under the direct control of the Wakf Board, with effect from 28.09.2018 and the authorities of the Wakf Board assumed the charges and now administering the above Wakf.
