Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records culminating in the impugned notice bearing reference No.Na.Ka.No.14049/12/A6/Chennai dated 18.05.2016 issued by 2nd respondent and the subsequent notice dated 24.05.2016 bearing reference No.Lr.No.257/mds/SW/2016 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 4th respondent and recover the Wakf property situated at survey No.1284, bearing old Door No.8 New Door No.11, Mehdi Hussain Khan Street, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014 and hand over possession to M/s. Chota Maksha Charities Wakf.
