These writ petitions have been filed to quash the order in G.O.(2D) No.48, School Education (X2) Department, dated 21.07.2004 and the subsequent amendment in G.O.(2D) No.24, School Education (X2) Department dated 23.04.2010.
2.When the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader(Education) appearing for the respondents submitted that all the Government Orders and the decisions so far taken by the Government are under consideration and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters.
3.In view of the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, all the writ petitions are disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities as and when required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
