Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the bill and release the bill amount due to the petitioner in contract Agreement dated 15.5.2017 following the work order in Na.Ka.No.A2/0592/2017, dated 09.5.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent for the completion of the deepening of open Well and installation of side bore at Valathi Panchayat.
