Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st Respondent in G.O.(2D).No.48, School Education (X2) Department, dated 21/07/2004 and the subsequent amendment issued in G.O.(2D) No.24, School Education (X2) Department dated 23/04/2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to grant permanent recognition to the Petitioner school established and recognized prior to 21/07/2004 under the provisions of Code of Regulation of Matriculation Schools in Tamil Nadu, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

of, leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the authorities concerned for any other relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
