ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.PUGALENDHI, Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.A.MUTHUKARUPPAN, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner and of Mr.N.DILIPKUMAR on behalf of the Respondent 1 , the court made the following order:-

Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the petitioners, would submit that in the light of the affidavit filed on behalf of the Chief Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, dated 21.03.2018 coupled with the details in Paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the cost imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2018, may be recalled and would further add that it may reflect upon the present officials and every endeavour is taken to regulate the stone quarrying and while doing so, environmental and other aspects are also being taken into consideration.
