ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY,Advocate for MR.K.RAVIKUMAR, Party in Person the petitioner and of Mr.J.GUNASEELAMUTHHAIAH,Additional Government Pleader for R1, and T.SAKTHIKUMARAN,Advocate for R2 and Mr.RAGUVARANGOPALAN, Advocate for R4 on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

earlier interim ex parte injunction.
2.From the perusal of the affidavit and the order which is sought to be recalled, this Court finds that no necessity to recall the order since in the interest of the petitioner herein is protected by saying that the selection process will be subject to the outcome of the writ petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is ready for final hearing.
3.In the light of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The Registry is directed to post the main writ petition on 11.12.2018.
