Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of interim direction, directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the copies of the order sanctioning prosecution against the petitioner and the prosecution complaint filed under section 55 read with section 50 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015, against the petitioner before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai pending WP.No.13009 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AR.L.SUNDARESAN SENIOR COUNSEL for M/S.C.UMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.RAJAGOPALAN ADDL.SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA Assisted by MR.A.P.SRINIVAS STANDING COUNSEL for the 1^st respondent and of MR.A.P.SRINIVAS STANDING COUNSEL for the 2^nd respondent the court made the following order:-

After hearing Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the application is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish a copy of the order of the second respondent sanctioning prosecution and a copy of the prosecution complaint filed under Section 55 read with Section 50 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 to the petitioner within 14.06.2018.
