Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in A6/Pdl.30/2009(Tah)-3, dated 6.3.2010 and the consequential rejection of appeal by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Pani. 3(4)/24054/2012 dated 27.3.2015 and quash both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Tahsildar with effect from 2009 and Deputy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Collector for the year 2014 thereby grant all service and monetary benefits within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
