To withdraw the IDOP.No.5/2018 on the file of the Honble District Court of Nilgiris at OOtacamund and transfer the same to the Honble Family Court of Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil and pass in TR CMP No.490 of 2018.
(ii) To grant an ad-Interim stay of all the proceedings in IDOP.No.5/2018 on the file of the file of the Honble District court of Nilgiris at OOtacamund in CMP.No.12162 of 2018.
