PRAYER: This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of
Civil Procedure Code, praying against the judgment and decree of
the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Virudhachalam, made in
A.S.No.61 of 2002 dated 03.12.2002 against the judgment and
decree of the Principal District Munsif, Virudhachalam made in
O.S.No.6 of 1989 dated 04.04.2002.

PRAYER: This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, praying against the judgment and decree of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Virudhachalam, made in A.S.No.61 of 2002 dated 03.12.2002 against the judgment and decree of the Principal District Munsif, Virudhachalam made in O.S.No.6 of 1989 dated 04.04.2002.

On 13.12.2018, when the case was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption “For Dismissal”. Accordingly, when the matter is listed today (19.12.2018) under the said caption. When the case is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant is present but not ready to contest his case. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
